Jessica is Tradeoffs’ Executive Director, leading strategy, operations, and revenue development. Jessica has over 15 years of experience helping a wide range of nonprofits scale their impact, including Signal Messager, the National WIC Association, and the Public Rights Project. She built the fundraising team at Code for America and began her career at Carnegie Hall, where she specialized in public sector funding. Jessica resides in the Bay Area.
